They spend 90% of their lives on grass pastures and amply spaced feed lots that allow for socializing, laying down, and other happy cow activities. Our cattle are finished on a ration of grass hay, corn, distillers grains and silage, a 100% vegetarian diet. This gives our cattle that delicious signature flavor that beef lovers crave.
Our Processing
Our cattle are processed in Colorado at a Temple Grandin audited and approved facility. The upmost care is used with transporting and handling the animals. Our processing plant in Denver is one of the cleanest, most modern USDA inspected plants in the state of Colorado. Our plant is SQF (Safe Quality Food) approved.
